Director of Professional Services

Location: New York, NY

We are looking for a person to head up our Professional Services division. The main responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of every aspect of the software suite and effectively translate that knowledge into solutions for customers and members of the team.
  • Assist customers in navigating the implementation process for our suite of products.
  • Assist customers in identifying, exploring and clarifying requirements for additional services and application change requests.
  • Assist customers in understanding how to get the most out of TurnTo‚Äôs products given their unique system architecture and data flows.
  • Oversee and expand a team of solutions architects and production support engineers.
  • Manage, improve and implement scalable PS operations, processes, and internal tooling to ensure timely delivery, tracking, visibility, automation, cost control and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.


  • 8 or more years of experience in a technical production support capacity in an enterprise software company.
  • Solid foundation in Web application software architecture, Restful APIs, Javascript, data feeds, email design and delivery.
  • An analytical bent of mind, with an ability to break down complex problems into smaller issues.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
