
George Eberstadt
George brings 19 years of experience in technology businesses to TurnTo, 13 of those in start-ups. Most recently he co-founded and built nTAG Interactive into the leading provider of "Event Data Management" systems; nTAG created the world's first wearable computers (interactive name badges) for conferences and corporate events. Before that he headed Marketing and Product Management at Lotus spin-off Radnet, sold to Epiphany in 2001. And before that he was a manager at the Boston Consulting Group focusing on information technology and pharmaceutical businesses. George's first job was as a technology policy analyst for a research arm of the US Congress. George received an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago and his BA Magna Cum Laude from Harvard.

Gadi BenMark
Gadi brings broad accomplishments as an entrepreneur and business manager to his leadership of the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing functions at TurnTo. Most recently Gadi was a VP/CBE (client business executive) at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) leading their digital advertising and commerce business with major clients and a General Manager at Intergraph where he ran the transportation and photogrammetry global business unit. Prior to Intergraph Gadi led LocatioNet Inc's operations in the Americas; LocatioNet is an Israel-based provider of mobile location-based solutions. Before that, he was a team leader with McKinsey & Co. and did significant work in the telecom industry in North and South America and in Europe. Gadi holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School (Baker scholar), a law degree (University of Tel-Aviv), and a BA in economics and Business (Hebrew University of Jerusalem). He was a captain in the Israeli Air-Force and is a member of the New-York legal bar.

John Rauchenberger
John has been building advanced software systems for over a decade. Most recently, he was Vice President, Technology at MyPublisher, an industry leader in custom photo books. He also led development teams as a Senior Technical Architect Consultant at the online divisions of Conde Nast and CondeNet, building such well known names as Epicurious.com, Style.com, and VanityFair.com. Prior to that, he was the Technical Director at Interzone Communications where he drove the enterprise development team in building J2EE systems. John received his BFA from New York University.

Cindy Smith, CPA
Cindy brings more than 20 years of finance and operational management experience focused on establishing and growing early stage companies. Cindy has been the CFO for several VC-backed high tech startups since 1999. She has completed multiple financings and, most recently, two M&A transactions with Frictionless (sold to SAP) and Systinet (sold to Mercury Interactive). From 1990-1999, she worked for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, L.L.P. as a Manager in the Global Risk Management Solutions consulting group and as a Business Assurance Manager. Cindy received her MBA degree from Simmons College, Graduate School of Management and her BA from Lawrence University.
